How to Care for Your Newly Tinted Windows

Your window tint is an investment; treat it as such. Whether you just received a new window tint or plan to install tint for your car, follow these important steps while the tint is curing to ensure the film remains beautiful for years to come.

  • Keep your windows rolled up for 3-5 days after installation while the tint sets
  • You may experience some water or haziness on your window tint, this will evaporate on its own
  • Wait until your window tint cures before cleaning or washing your windows
  • To clean your windows, lightly wipe them with a soft cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner
  • Use caution when releasing seat belts as it could chip your tint
